In short
- SE Ranking pricing starts at $129 a month for Core and $279 for Growth, or $103.20 and $223.20 a month billed yearly, with Enterprise priced on request.
- Growth is the plan SE Ranking builds for multi-client agencies: three seats, 30 projects and 5,000 keywords tracked a day.
- With the Agency Pack for white label and 30 client seats, an agency on Growth pays $292.20 a month, billed yearly, for up to 30 client sites.
- The catch: white label is sold only with yearly billing, every keyword counts once per search engine, and past 30 projects the next step is Enterprise.

What an agency pays
A new agency with 3 clients
SE Ranking: $103.20 a month, billed yearly
Core covers 10 projects, one seat and 2,000 keywords a day: three clients at 300 keywords each, tracked on Google desktop, use 900. That is $103.20 a month billed yearly ($1,238.40 a year), or $129 month to month. Branded reports and client logins need the Agency Pack: $103.20 + $69 = $172.20 a month, yearly only.
10 client sites, a team of three
SE Ranking: $292.20 a month, billed yearly
Core’s 2,000 keywords run out fast at ten clients, so it’s Growth: three seats, 30 projects, 5,000 keywords a day. 250 keywords per client on Google desktop and mobile count as 500 each, 5,000 in all. Growth $223.20 + Agency Pack $69 = $292.20 a month, or $3,506.40 a year.
25 client sites, a team of five
SE Ranking: $324.20 a month, billed yearly
Growth’s 30 projects fit 25 clients, and five people need two seats on top of its three. 200 keywords per client on Google desktop alone fill the 5,000; adding mobile doubles that and needs extra keywords. Growth $223.20 + Agency Pack $69 + 2 × $16 = $324.20 a month, or $3,890.40 a year. Past 30 projects, Enterprise is priced on request.
Is SE Ranking worth it?
SE Ranking is good value for an agency that sells rankings, research and branded reports: a lot of tracking for the price, with a bill that grows in add-ons and a yearly commitment for white label.
Worth it if
- You report rankings to many clients. Growth and the Agency Pack cover up to 30 client sites with branded logins for $292.20 a month, billed yearly.
- Your team is small. Growth includes three seats, and each extra one starts at $16 a month.
- You build your own reports and automations. API and MCP come with every plan, on the plan’s credits.
Look elsewhere if
- You won’t commit to a year. White label and client seats come only with yearly billing.
- You run more than 30 client sites. Growth stops at 30 projects, and Enterprise is priced on request.
- You need the deepest research data. SE Ranking’s own comparison gives Semrush the larger keyword database and the more advanced backlink tools.
- Clients pay you to change their sites. SE Ranking’s FAQ says it gives you the data and leaves the changes on the site to you.
Where Orbit fits
SE Ranking reports what is happening in search, and its FAQ says plainly that it doesn’t make changes on your site: you pick the keywords, read the reports and apply the fixes. When a retainer is about improving client sites every month, that leaves the main job with the agency: choosing the work on each site, doing it, and showing the client what it earned. Orbit is built for that job, priced per client site rather than per seat, and sits beside SE Ranking or any rank tracker.
Every client site watched
Search, visitors, links, health and AI answers, checked on their own and turned into a short list of work.
Clients log in free
Invite a client as a guest into their own site: the same numbers, never your other clients or your prices, never billed.
Drafts and publishes
On Zenith, articles in the client’s voice go into their CMS once someone on your team presses Publish.
Each task measured
A before on the day the work is found, an after every day once it is done.
SE Ranking pricing: monthly vs yearly
Every SE Ranking plan is sold month to month or yearly. Yearly takes 20% off and is billed upfront in one payment; SE Ranking’s sales team can set up quarterly payments on a yearly commitment. Over a year, the difference looks like this:
| Month to month | Billed yearly | Saved in a year | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $129 a month ($1,548 a year) | $103.20 a month ($1,238.40 a year) | $309.60 |
| Growth | $279 a month ($3,348 a year) | $223.20 a month ($2,678.40 a year) | $669.60 |
| AI Search add-on | $89 a month ($1,068 a year) | $71.20 a month ($854.40 a year) | $213.60 |
| Agency Pack | Not sold | From $69 a month ($828 a year) | Yearly only |
Yearly billing also brings free assisted migration from your old tool; on a monthly plan you move projects and ranking history with the self-serve import. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing settings and cancel at any time, but payments are not refunded unless the service wasn’t delivered as promised.
SE Ranking free trial
The SE Ranking free trial runs 14 days and needs no credit card. It is fully working, with starter limits: up to 10 projects, three manager seats, 750 keywords tracked a day, 20 AI prompts a day, AI competitor research on 3 domains, and 100,000 API credits. There is no free plan after it, though SE Ranking keeps a set of free SEO tools and a few free daily checks that need no account.
Because yearly plans are paid upfront and not refunded, the trial is the time to load your real clients, with the keywords and locations you track for each, and see which plan the count lands in.
How SE Ranking counts keywords
The keyword limit decides the plan for most agencies, and it counts combinations, not words. SE Ranking’s help center explains that each keyword counts once for every search engine it is tracked in, where a search engine means the engine, country, region and language together. Its own example: “taxi service” tracked in Google Desktop New York and Google Desktop Chicago counts as two keywords.
- Core’s 2,000 keywords a day: 2,000 keywords on one engine, 1,000 on Google desktop and mobile, or 500 across four cities.
- Growth’s 5,000: 2,500 keywords on Google desktop and mobile.
- Past the limit, you buy extra keywords, from $22.40 on Core and $32 on Growth, or move up a plan.
SE Ranking Agency Pack pricing
The Agency Pack is where white label lives. It costs from $69 a month, is sold only with yearly billing, and goes on top of Core, Growth or Enterprise. It puts the platform and reports under your own brand and domain, with reports sent from your own mail server, and adds 30 view-only client seats, unlimited scheduled reports with AI summaries, the Lead Generator and a place in SE Ranking’s Agency Catalog. The pricing page offers it in sizes of 30, 50 and 100 projects, starting at the 30-project price.
How many client seats? SE Ranking’s pricing page and FAQ both list 30. An older Agency Pack page on its site still says 10; the pricing page is the one you buy from.
Orbit handles client access another way: you invite a client as a guest into their own site, where they see the same numbers your team does and can ask Orbit about them, never your other clients or your prices. Guests are never billed. How client reports work in Orbit.
SE Ranking AI Search pricing
Core and Growth include AI prompt tracking: 100 and 250 prompts a day on up to five AI platforms, with AI competitor research on 5 and 15 domains. The AI Search add-on goes further, for $89 a month or $71.20 a month billed yearly, according to SE Ranking’s help center. It adds the AI Results Tracker for AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT and Perplexity, unlimited AI competitor research, and access to SE Visible, SE Ranking’s separate AI visibility product. It starts at 200 prompts, with larger packs of 450 and 1,000; the help center counts each prompt on each AI platform as one check.
Orbit includes AI visibility from its Ascend plan: up to 15 of each client’s buyer questions a week on ChatGPT, Gemini, Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode, next to the visitors and leads AI assistants send to the site. How AI visibility works in Orbit.
SE Ranking API pricing
API and MCP access come with every plan and run on the plan’s credits: 25,000 a month on Core and 100,000 on Growth. More credits come with the API add-on, from $45 a month on yearly billing. The API is also sold on its own, without a subscription, through pay-as-you-go Wallet credits or a yearly API plan, and a 14-day API trial includes 100,000 credits.
How SE Ranking pricing has changed
SE Ranking now sells two plans, Core and Growth, plus Enterprise. Its older plans, Essential, Pro and Business, are closed to new subscriptions, and accounts already on them keep them, according to its help center. The current plans build AI prompt tracking and API and MCP access into the price, and count keywords per search engine, which is the change most worth checking before you move an old account across.
Weighing SE Ranking against other suites? SE Ranking alternatives ranks other tools for agencies, each with its price, and SE Ranking vs Semrush puts the two side by side for a team of three.
How we checked
Every fact about SE Ranking comes from the vendor’s own website, read on 6 Oct 2026: its pricing page where it publishes one, otherwise its help pages and announcements. Each price links to the page it came from, in US dollars as the vendor states them.
Orbit is our own product, and the page says so wherever it appears. Its prices come from our pricing page. Prices change; if you spot one that has, tell us and we correct the page.
