In short
- GoHighLevel pricing starts at $97 a month for Starter, with 3 client sub-accounts; Unlimited, HighLevel’s most popular plan, is $297 for unlimited sub-accounts, and Agency Pro, with SaaS mode, is $497.
- Paying yearly gives two months free ($970, $2,970 or $4,970 a year), and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial; there is no free plan.
- Usage comes on top: texts, calls, emails and AI are charged as clients use them, so an agency with 10 clients on Unlimited pays about $525 a month in our example, $228 of which it can pass on to clients.
- The catch is the add-ons charged per client, such as AI Employee from $50, SEO at $79 and a branded client portal app at $49 a month each.

What an agency pays
A new agency with 3 clients
GoHighLevel: $165.52 a month
Starter, $97, covers three sub-accounts. A client on one local number, with 2,000 text segments and 10,000 emails a month, uses $22.84 ($14.94 texts, $6.75 emails, $1.15 number). Starter can’t pass usage on, so the agency pays 3 × $22.84 = $68.52 itself: $165.52 a month, before carrier fees and texting registration. Keep a sub-account for your own business, and the third client already needs Unlimited.
An agency with 10 clients
GoHighLevel: $525.40 a month
Ten clients need Unlimited, $297. Usage at $22.84 per client is $228.40, so the bill is $525.40 a month. On Unlimited that $228.40 can be passed on to clients at cost, which leaves the agency’s own share at $297. HighLevel’s SEO add-on for all ten would add $790.
An agency with 25 clients, reselling
GoHighLevel: $1,068 a month
Agency Pro, $497, plus usage of 25 × $22.84 = $571: $1,068 a month. The same clients on Unlimited would be $868. Agency Pro passes usage on with your own markup, so the $200 step up pays for itself once the markup earns $200 a month, about 35% on $571. AI Employee Growth on every client would add $1,250.
Is GoHighLevel worth it?
For an agency that sells lead follow-up to many local clients, GoHighLevel is good value at $297 for unlimited sub-accounts; budget for usage and per-client add-ons, which grow with every client.
Worth it if
- You serve many local clients. Unlimited covers every client and user for $297 a month.
- Texts, calls and booking are the service. They are built in, and from Unlimited up the usage can be passed on to clients.
- You want to sell software. Agency Pro’s SaaS mode sells your own plans, with your markup on usage.
Look elsewhere if
- You need a fixed monthly bill. Usage, AI and add-ons per client move the total every month.
- You run one business, or two clients. Starter is $97 before usage and can’t pass usage on; systeme.io has a free plan.
- Your retainer is the client’s website. HighLevel’s SEO is a $79 add-on per client; growing the site is a separate job.
Where Orbit fits
HighLevel runs what happens after a lead arrives: the pipeline, the texts, the booking. The job it leaves to the agency is the client’s website: whether Google and AI assistants show it, which pages bring the leads, and what to change next. That is the job Orbit is built for, beside HighLevel rather than instead of it.
Every lead traced
Forms, bookings and calls on each client site, with the source and pages behind each one.
The work worth doing
Searches the site almost wins, pages to improve and AI answers that name a competitor instead.
Drafted and published
On Zenith, drafts in the client’s voice, published into their CMS once someone approves.
Proof of what it earned
Every finished task measured against its starting point, with the leads it touched.
GoHighLevel free trial: is GoHighLevel free?
There is no free plan on HighLevel’s pricing page. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to the plan you pick, so you can set up an account, build funnels and test automations first. Billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel, and usage fees for phone numbers, texts and other services can apply during the trial.
Some special-offer pages on gohighlevel.com, for event attendees and partners, extend the trial to 30 days. After the trial there is no contract: HighLevel runs month to month, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard.
GoHighLevel cost: monthly or yearly?
| Plan | Monthly, for 12 months | Yearly | You save | Yearly, per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $1,164 | $970 | $194 | About $81 |
| Unlimited | $3,564 | $2,970 | $594 | $247.50 |
| Agency Pro | $5,964 | $4,970 | $994 | About $414 |
Yearly billing costs ten months’ price, about 17% less. Monthly keeps you flexible while the client list grows: moving from Starter to Unlimited mid-month is charged only the prorated difference. Pay yearly once you know which plan you will stay on.
GoHighLevel SaaS pricing: what Agency Pro adds
Agency Pro, at $497 a month or $4,970 a year, turns HighLevel into software you sell under your own brand. SaaS mode sells subscriptions from your website and creates each client’s account on its own, at the price you set. Texts, calls and emails are passed on with your markup, and add-ons such as AI Employee plans and WordPress hosting can be resold at your own price.
Clients pay you, not HighLevel: through Stripe, or in the newer version of SaaS mode also through NMI, Authorize.net or Square. The step up from Unlimited is $200 a month, so it pays for itself once your markup and resold add-ons bring in more than that.
GoHighLevel AI pricing

|---|---|---|
| Pay per use | No monthly fee | Each AI feature billed as it runs |
| AI Employee Growth | $50 a month per sub-account | 1,000 AI agent replies and 100 Voice AI minutes a month, then pay per use |

| AI Agency Assistant | $20 a month per agency user | Ask AI and AI Studio for your team, on Unlimited and Agency Pro |
Pay-per-use rates include Voice AI at $0.045 a minute for the voice engine, plus $0.015 to $0.17 a minute for the voice and the AI model’s own cost; Reviews AI at $0.01 a review; and Content AI at $0.0945 per 1,000 words and $0.063 per image. Funnel AI and Email AI are free on every plan. Phone charges for AI calls come on top, even on Unlimited. For ten clients, AI Employee Growth is $500 a month and Unlimited $970. Every rate is on HighLevel’s AI pricing page.
How GoHighLevel pricing changed in 2026
In 2026, HighLevel’s changelog has announced changes to usage rates. In the US they were carrier fees on texts, set by the phone networks:
| From | What changed |
|---|---|
| 19 January | Some US routes: texts sent $0.0030 to $0.0045, texts received $0.0030 to $0.0025; picture messages sent $0.0050 to $0.0100, and $0.0100 received where they were free |
| 1 April | AT&T: texts $0.0030 to $0.0035, picture messages $0.0075 to $0.0090 |
| 1 May | Verizon: toll-free texts sent $0.0040 to $0.0045, picture messages sent $0.0065 to $0.0070 |
| 1 October | Verizon: texts sent $0.0045 to $0.0050; smaller carriers $0.0040 to $0.0042 |
Rates outside the US rose too, in April and May, and more change on 13 October 2026; US rates are not part of that update. Each change is a fraction of a cent, but it lands on every message, so a client sending thousands a month notices. The current rates are in HighLevel’s phone pricing guide.
GoHighLevel vs HubSpot on price
HighLevel is priced for the agency: one flat plan covers every client from $297, with unlimited users. HubSpot is priced for each client: a free CRM to start, then Marketing Hub Professional at $800 a month billed yearly, plus a $3,000 onboarding fee, for each client account. For many small, local clients HighLevel usually costs less; for B2B clients that want to own their CRM, HubSpot fits better. GoHighLevel vs HubSpot compares the two in full.
What’s better than GoHighLevel?
It depends on the job. For one price with fulfilment to resell, DashClicks Pro is $199 a month with every app unlocked; for funnels and email for one business, ClickFunnels starts at $97 and systeme.io has a free plan. All seven options, ranked for agencies, are in GoHighLevel alternatives, and our review of what HighLevel does beyond the price is in Orbit vs GoHighLevel.
If the retainer is the client’s website, Orbit works beside HighLevel: it traces every lead to the pages and source behind it, and on Zenith measures what each finished task earned.
How we checked
Every fact about GoHighLevel comes from the vendor’s own website, read on 6 Oct 2026: its pricing page where it publishes one, otherwise its help pages and announcements. Each price links to the page it came from, in US dollars as the vendor states them.
Orbit is our own product, and the page says so wherever it appears. Its prices come from our pricing page. Prices change; if you spot one that has, tell us and we correct the page.
